The licence is granted under Form 46 when the

This licence is required for the production of
Disposable Hypodermic Syringes, needles, etc. It requires the approval of DGCI
as well as the state Drug Licence Authority. The validity period for this
licence is around 3 to 6 months.
Loan Licence
For the production of notified devices on the
third-party site, a loan licence is required. It is approved by DGCI and the
state drug licensing authority and the validity period for this drug is for 3
to 6 months.
